Intelligence is the AI across the whole workspace. Reading documents and grading photos come on every paid plan, metered by one monthly AI-usage allowance you watch on the Usage tab. On Solo and Starter, a $39 add-on turns on the ask-anything assistant and raises that allowance to Team's; Team and up include both.
Documents
Invoice, receipt, or HUD - line items and totals into AP or job cost, without retyping the PDF.
Photos
Grade a property's condition from its photos, and auto-tag what each one shows.
Answers
Ask about a deal, a property, or the books in plain language, and the assistant answers.
