The app and its data run on Google Cloud's managed regional hosting, with patching handled at the platform level.
Encryption in transit & at rest
Traffic is encrypted in transit and data is encrypted at rest, on Google Cloud's managed infrastructure.
Server-side permissions and an audit trail
Permissions are re-checked on the server for every change, sensitive finance actions can require a second person to approve them, and administrative actions and workspace activity are logged.
Per-workspace data isolation
Each workspace is its own data boundary; members see only the records their workspace owns, enforced on the server, not just hidden in the UI.
Scoped access for every role
A field crew or 1099 contractor signs into a separate portal that shows only the work assigned to them. A capital partner sees only their own position, never another partner's or your pipeline, and that limit is enforced on the server. A VA works from a scoped task list, not your full books.
Backups & durability
Your data is backed up automatically on a schedule and can be restored to an earlier point if something goes wrong, with redundancy across Google Cloud's regional infrastructure.
