Start an acquisition from the property, work metrics and notes on the acquisition page, drag or filter through stages in board or table view, and record outcomes when you win or lose. Build a capital stack from your funding sources to check coverage, lay out a rehab scope with budgeted vs. actual line items, and attach auction dates on the lead so the team calendar stays honest.

Business Operations

Close & execute in portfolio

Mark the acquisition closed won to land it in portfolio, filter by phase and exit strategy, and use the holding detail pages for plays, milestones, and tasks—including BRRRR refi when you are ready to reset the loan. The rehab scope carries into execution mode so you can track actual costs, contractor progress, and variance through close-out, with portfolio accounting when you are ready to reconcile books.
