Clock-in and clock-out happen in the crew portal, and the clock-out captures location. Hours attach to the work order, so you're costing jobs off real time. Overtime is handled for you: federal rules, plus the daily-overtime rules for California, Colorado, and Alaska. W-2 and 1099 workers are both supported, and a manager reviews each period before approved totals export to payroll.

Draft invoices auto-generate from your recurring service schedules, and a line item can point back at the work order and property it came from. Every invoice can carry a Stripe payment link, so there's no separate portal and no calling the office to pay. When the money lands, ThisProp records it and posts the settlement to your books.

Crew and contractors sign in to a portal that's separate from your operator app, through a per-person link. They see the jobs assigned to them and nothing else. From there a worker can start and finish work orders, upload photos from their phone, clock in and out, and - for 1099 contractors - submit an invoice with line items. It's the same portal your investor side uses for maintenance vendors, re-skinned for a field-service crew.
