Crew and contractors sign in to a portal that's separate from your operator app, through a per-person link. They see the jobs assigned to them and nothing else. From there a worker can start and finish work orders, upload photos from their phone, clock in and out, and - for 1099 contractors - submit an invoice with line items. It's the same portal your investor side uses for maintenance vendors, re-skinned for a field-service crew.
