How to get help

  • For product support, sign in and use Tickets inside the app.
  • Include clear context: what you tried and what happened.

Account and access

  • You need an invite or workspace access to use the app.
  • Missing menus or sections is usually tied to role or plan.
  • If you accepted an invite but cannot get in, sign out and sign in again.

Security

  • ThisProp will never ask for your password, backup codes, or card numbers over email or chat.
  • Share only the information needed to resolve your issue.
  • If something looks suspicious, open a ticket and do not share credentials.
