How to get help

- For product support, sign in and use Tickets inside the app.
- Include clear context: what you tried and what happened.
Account and access
- You need an invite or workspace access to use the app.
- Missing menus or sections is usually tied to role or plan.
- If you accepted an invite but cannot get in, sign out and sign in again.
Security
- ThisProp will never ask for your password, backup codes, or card numbers over email or chat.
- Share only the information needed to resolve your issue.
- If something looks suspicious, open a ticket and do not share credentials.
